What A Weekend!!

So, Friday, I went and saw the Blue Man Group with their "Complex Rock Tour" at the White River Amphitheatre in Auburn, WA. The opening acts were Tracy Bonham and Venus Hum.

Tracy Bonham is a mixture of Alanis Morisette, Sheryl Crow and Britney Spears. Unfortunately, this very talented and gifted artist is essentially a one-hit wonder with the single "Mother Mother" which came out in 1996 on her CD titled, "The Burdens of Being Upright" released by Polygram or was it Island?

Venus Hum was an interesting act. Annette, the lead singer, was very polite to the audience and had a really powerful voice. They seemed to be a mix of T.A.T.U., Bjork and trance. Their music was toe-tappingly enjoyable and your kids are going to love it!

As far as the show... What can I say? I loved it! If you get a chance to see the Complex Rock Tour, take a chance and get tickets.
