WAAAAAH!! I Want My Wireless Data!!

So here I am in the "Great White North" (also known as the 51st state in the Union), Canada. I have no data roaming capabilities up here and it's driving me completely batty! On the plus side, I have figured out how to hack the local wireless carrier's network and have a very limited (14.4 kbps) Internet connection during the day. Useful? Perhaps. Demented? Oh yeah! On the plus side, there's still the broadband available in my hotel room...

Some interesting facts that I've learned here this week include:
* 99.44% of the ladies at The Landing Strip are Romanian.
* Not all Canadians end their sentences in "eh?".
* Gasoline is expensive.
* These people spell things a little differently.
* The CN Tower is over 1800 feet tall and is (allegedly) the world's tallest, free-standing building. CN stands for Canadian National. Dinner at the 360 Restaurant is spendy (about $100US per person) but you get to dine with a magnificent view from 115 stories about the streets (about 1155 feet).
