Alright... Enough Already!!

I'm sick and tired of all of these politicians who are more focused on keeping their jobs than on DOING their jobs of serving us, the public.

Case #1: The FDA. Clamp down on the pharmaceutical companies' advertising. Drugs are meant to be approved and then used as tested and indicated. We wouldn't have all of the issues with Vioxx and other medications if they hadn't been over-prescribed and over-requested. I'm glad that those companies made profits but they were too greedy in pushing a product that had questionable safety.

Case #2: The Military. If some yahoo in the Pentagon kills the Boeing tanker deal and switches to Airbus tankers, we'll all know that it was done to appease the French government. Not because the Airbus planes could fly a couple of extra hundred miles, could (potentially) refuel more than one plane and had no refueling expertise...

Case #3: Welfare. To all of you leeches on the bottom of society, your free ride ends now. Get off of your asses and get a job, you lazy bastards. Stop taking my tax dollars and mooching off of the rest of us. I have no problem with a temporary handout if you've lost your job but there is no reason why an able-bodied person can't be a productive member of society. We all pay far too much in taxes and allow me to expand upon what we need to do about it...
