I, like most other Internet users, detest spam. Imagine my surprise when the following email showed up in my inbox today...

Hi, Not sure if I have gotten the first email address wrong. I am sending this email as i hope you get may it this time.

Hi,

I have noticed you had a link to monster.com as well as other job sites. I just did a quick look and didn't see the link to the my website. I don't know if you removed it because of the downtime because of our transition or maybe I just missed it? Anyway, I was hoping you would consider a link to our new site as we provide jobs for those on a professional career track. (I think the link was at http://www.mckinleys.net/html/2005/05/oh-man-my-head-hurts.htm ).Our new page is at http://www.jobsearchusa.org

If by chance I have gotten the wrong email address for the person who is responsible for updates to your website could you please forward this email to the right address.

PS. If you could drop me a note when you have done it would be highly appreciated.

Thank you in Advance, Peter

Anyway, I'm not plugging your site. Now begone with thee, spammer! Lest I unleash my lackeys, minions, misfits and monkeys upon you!
