Glycol Poisoning

Obviously, this is a tragedy. Something needs to be done to hold people accountable for their actions. Testing should also be taking place at every significant step in the process of developing, producing and distributing medication (among other things).
In this day and age of global access to materials, it's a double-edged sword to cut corners. It certainly applies pressure to the market and can yield terrific dividends in the form of higher operational margins but there is a responsibility to ensure that we all do our best to ensure the survivability of the species. If we don't, then perhaps we don't deserve to survive.
