Property Values

So, out of curiosity, I checked out my home's property value. Apparently, in 18 months, I've made about $30K. That's not too bad considering I haven't done much of anything to the house and that there's certainly some volatility in the market.

My thoughts now center around selling the house and moving closer to the office. Preferably into a smaller house with an attached garage. What I have for a home is too much for me to handle and I'm having difficulty adapting to that but it's coming.
