It's Been A While...

I am not sure what to post here... It's been a number of weeks and life has kept me busy. I'm not sure that I'm happy right now but I am, at the very least, busy.

To share with everybody... I've bought a new television (finally!). It's a 56" Samsung HDTV. I've also upgraded my cable TV service to include the movie channels and HDTV. I thought that this day wouldn't be coming for a long time but apparently, it finally snuck up on me.

I've also bought a 2008 Toyota Prius. It's silver, features leather seats, GPS, Bluetooth and even a backup camera. Not only is it at least as comfortable as the Sebring (which I still have but only as a "pleasure vehicle") but it also gets over 40 miles per gallon in real-world driving conditions. I also have the motorcycle for those nice days when I just need to get out and live life out on the edge a little more.

All is not sunshine and roses though. I am still worried (as ever) about long-term stability, savings and expenditures. On the plus side, I'm still mostly debt free (minus the cars and the mortgage, I would be 100% debt free) and have accumulated a significant amount of savings. Sustainability continues to be the primary concern of mine. How long can this run continue?

Finally, I am concerned about my personal life... But that is a subject for an entirely different time.
